The Developer of the District 11 freehold project of Pullman Residences is EL Development Pte. Ltd.

A subsidiary company EL Development (Horizon) Pte. Ltd. will be tasked with the development of Pullman Residences.

EL Development initially began operations as a business unit of Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd., which was one of Singapore’s leading builders. Towards the end of the year 2006, the company attained success in its project, Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth, a luxury project in District 9. EL Development achieved the feat of selling all apartments in the project in just 6 weeks.

Subsequently in early 2007, on the back of the excellent sales recorded in Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth, EL Development launched the 60-year leasehold industrial project of Nordix. The development comprises of 3-storey terrace factories in Woodland. The sales of Nordix was also brisk, with the company achieving a sell-out in the time-frame of just 2 months.

With these successes, EL Development Pte. Ltd. was formed as a stand-alone entity in June 2007 to focus on property development. Since 2006, EL Development has developed many projects, inclusive of Steven Suites, SkySuites 17, Illuminaire On Devonshire and Parc Riviera. To date, the company has developed and completed more than 3,000 residential and industrial units.

With the success and experience of EL Development in the development of residential projects, buyers of Pullman Residences can be assured that the District 11 condominium be built to the highest standards and quality.
