The 1 bedroom units have a squarish and functional layout. The dining area is spacious enough to accommodate a 4-seater dining table.
The bathroom has 2 doors, which allows the guest to use the bathroom without having to enter the bedroom to enter the bathroom.
The best aspect of the layout is the full height windows in the master bedroom, which is extremely rare for 1-bedrooms. This has been made possible by the architect designing the the air-con ledge to be placed next to the master bathroom, instead of in front of the bedroom as is typical for 1 bedroom units.
A greater view is afforded from the master bedroom window as a result.
There is a window in the master bathroom, which allows for natural ventilation. Most bathroom in the 1-Bedroom apartments in the market currently would instead have a mechanical ventilation fan, which may not be as effective for the ventilation of the bathroom compared to natural ventilation.
There are 2 bathrooms in the 2-Bedroom units, bucking the current trend of having just 1 bathroom in 2 Bedroom apartments.
The kitchen is an open kitchen concept.
Entry to the 3 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom + Study, and 4 Bedroom apartments in Pullman Residences would be via the exclusive use of a private lift lobby. The private lift lobby would not be as dark as typical ones as the wall facing the entrance of the private lift would be a wall with timber framed clear glass, instead of a physical white wall.
The balcony of these 3 layouts is landscape-shaped, which maximizes the natural lighting into the similarly landscape-shaped living/dining room. Hence, the dining room would be be well-lit during the day.
For these 3 floor plan types, there would be a dry kitchen and a wet kitchen. The wet kitchen would have an integrated dishwasher. A store, which can be used as a helper’s room, and a water closet (WC) are included in the layouts.
The 3 Bedroom + Study, and the 4 Bedroom would have a dumbbell layout, as the junior master bedroom would be on the opposite side of the living and dining rooms from the other bedrooms.
The kitchen is split into a wet kitchen, and a dry kitchen with an L-shaped counter-top.
Bathroom 2 has two doors. This allows Bedroom 2 to be used as an en-suite bedroom.
The dry kitchen of the 3 Bedroom + Study is bigger than that of the 3-Bedroom.
All 3 bedrooms in 3 + Study layout have full height windows, compared to 2 bedrooms having full height windows in the 3-Bedroom layout.
The 3-Bedroom + Study has a dumbbell layout, with Bedroom 2 and the Master Bedroom on one side of the living room, and the Junior Master on the opposite side.
The Junior Master enjoys privacy as it is the nearest room to the Private Lift Lobby. One can enter it without having to cross the living room.
Similar to the 3-Bedroom, the Bath 2 in the 3 + Study has two accesses. This gives Bedroom 2 the option of being en-suite.
Hence, there can be up to 3 en-suite rooms in the 3-Bedroom + Study, as compared with up to 2 en-suite rooms in the 3-Bedroom layout.
The floor plan of the 4 Bedroom is similar to the 3-Bedroom + Study in having a dumbbell layout.
The study room in the 3 + Study is replaced by Bedroom 3, for the 4-Bedroom layout.
Clients who have selected the 4-Bedroom layout for their purchase can opt to relax in a luxurious bathtub in the Master Bathroom after a hard day’s work.
The highest level apartments of Pullman Residences, which are on the 30th Storey, have high ceilings heights of 4 metres in the living room, dining room and all bedrooms.
The high ceilings do not, however, constitute to strata void. Hence, the airspace for these apartments are not chargeable strata areas. This is a big selling point as most high ceiling lovers are willing to pay a premium for the extra ceiling height in their units.
As such, the penthouse apartments would have the same strata area as the typical units.
Besides being architecturally pleasing, the high ceilings of these apartments liberate our senses for spatial exploration, prompting heightened feelings of freedom. The high ceilings give the unit a more expansive feel, adding grandeur to an already luxurious apartment. The extra vertical dimensions to the various rooms would allow the owner to be creative in furnishing the apartment.
The high ceilings allow ducted air-conditioning to be used in the living room, dining room and all the bedrooms. In contrast, the typical units, which have a ceiling height of 2.875 metres, will use ducted air-conditioning in the living room and dining room, and split units in the bedrooms.
PH2 (2-Bedroom with High Ceiling) and PH-5 (4-Bedroom with High Ceiling) are used as the showrooms of Pullman Residences Showflat.
One thing to note for this layout is that there is no wardrobe built for Bedroom 3.
The units with PES (Private Enclosed Space), while designated as “2nd Floor apartments”, are found on Level 6 of the development. These apartments are all facing the swimming pool.
Level 6 of the condominium, which is on the same level as the swimming pool, gym, club lounge and other facilities, is perched on top of the 5-Storey Carpark.
Apartments with PES in Pullman Residences are considered a rarity, as there are only 4 such units in the development to choose from.
The unit types are 2-Bedroom, 3-Bedroom and 4-Bedroom.
